What is the treatment for obsessive thoughts that cause the imagination of lewd images, lead to doubt about the emission of semen, and result in excessive ghusl?

Among the causes of its treatment are understanding its nature, forming a strong will to get rid of it, and its most important cure is turning away from it, seeking refuge in Allah Almighty, persistently reciting the two Mu'awwidhatayn (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas), Al-Fatiha, and Ayat Al-Kursi, visiting a psychiatrist, and going to someone trustworthy who practices Shar'iyyah (Islamic exorcism/healing).
(ritual bath) is not obligatory merely upon seeing wetness unless the emission of mani (spermatic fluid) is confirmed. If there is doubt about what was emitted, she (the woman) has the choice to assign it the ruling of one of the doubtful things.
