Is the fast valid for someone who became ritually impure (junub) in Ramadan and remained in that state until sunset due to her illness, and must she make up for this day?

If the questioner, our sister, is unable to perform ghusl due to illness, such that ghusl would harm her, then she may perform tayammum. It is not permissible for her to delay the prayer until its time expires because of this.
