What is the ruling on reciting the Tashahhud with the mentioned wording?

Reciting the Tashahhud in this manner involves a difference of opinion based on the obligation of observing the correct order of its phrases.

Imam An-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "It is necessary to recite the Tashahhud in order. If one does not observe the order and the meaning changes, the prayer is invalidated. If the meaning does not change, the correct view is that it is valid, and this is explicitly stated in Al-Umm."

Among the Hanbalis, there are two views regarding the obligation of observing the order. The correct view according to them is that it is obligatory, because not observing it constitutes a deviation from a prescribed remembrance.
