What is the ruling on one who swore to delete a picture, then deleted it, then restored it using the phone, and is anything incumbent upon him?

You do not break your oath by retrieving the deleted image if the intention to retrieve it was not included in your oath to delete it. However, if your intention by the oath also included not retrieving it, then you break your oath by retrieving it. An oath is based on the intention of the swearer.
