If a son steals his mother's money, he has wronged her, been disobedient to her, and committed a major sin. He must repent sincerely and return the stolen money to the estate, as she did not forgive him for it.

He must also frequently show dutifulness to his mother by supplicating for her and giving charity on her behalf after her death.

He cannot be deprived of his share of the inheritance based on the mother's will; this is an invalid will, and he takes his share like the other heirs.
