What is the ruling on sitting with someone who wears tight trousers that define the 'awrah?

Scholars have forbidden looking at exposed 'awrah (private parts) and deemed it disliked to look at 'awrah covered by clothes that define them. If tight trousers are covering but define the 'awrah, then sitting with the wearer and looking at him is disliked (makruh). If they are thin and reveal the skin color, then sitting with him is forbidden (haram) because that entails looking at the 'awrah.
