What is incumbent upon one who has published a hadith that later turns out to have a dubious chain of narration, after having published it with an image and an audio clip?

This Hadith was narrated by Ibn Hibban, and his saying: "Mus'ar doubted" does not necessitate you writing it when transmitting the Hadith, because you are not obligated to name the narrators of the Hadith when transmitting it, so how about mentioning the name of one who doubted a word in it? Therefore, nothing is incumbent upon you regarding what you have done.
