Is it permissible for my mother to sometimes miss Fajr and Tarawih prayers due to severe work pressure, knowing that normally she does not miss Tarawih prayer in Ramadan except for illness, and she is a religious person?

Congregational prayer is obligatory at all times, as Allah the Almighty says: (And when you are among them and lead them in prayer, let a party of them stand with you) An-Nisa/102, and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I was about to order firewood to be gathered, then order the prayer to be called, then order a man to lead the prayer, then go to men who do not attend the prayer and burn their houses down upon them." A Muslim should maintain congregational prayer at all times and not be distracted from it by anything, for Allah the Almighty says: (O you who have believed, let not your wealth and your children divert you from remembrance of Allah) Al-Munafiqun/9. This ruling applies to the five prescribed prayers. As for Tarawih, a Muslim may pray it at home, but it is better to pray it in congregation in the mosque. It is not permissible for a Muslim to exhaust himself with worldly affairs at the expense of worship and prayer, for provision is in the hand of Allah, as Allah the Almighty says: (And Allah provides for whom He wills without measure) An-Nur/38.
