Is it true that the Prophet spoke Persian?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not speak Persian as a language of conversation because he lived in the Arabian Peninsula and did not mix with the people of Persia. Rather, he uttered some Persian phrases that were Arabicized or shared among languages, such as: "Istabraq" (heavy brocade), "jass" (plaster/gypsum), "sur" (wall/feast), and "kakh kakh" (a sound used to deter a child from touching something dirty). Examples include his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "O people of the Trench: Indeed, Jabir has prepared a feast (sur), so welcome!" and his saying to Al-Hasan: "Kakh kakh."
