Is the prayer of one who prays and drinks alcohol accepted?

Drinking alcohol is one of the gravest sins and transgressions. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed ten categories of people in relation to alcohol. Whoever drinks alcohol in this world and does not repent will be deprived of it in the Hereafter. And whoever drinks alcohol, his prayer will not be accepted for forty mornings. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he returns to it, his prayer will not be accepted for forty mornings. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he returns to it a fourth time, Allah will not accept his repentance and will make him drink from the river of Khabal. Therefore, the one who drinks alcohol must fear Allah, abstain from it, and maintain prayer and remembrance of Allah.
