If the woman agrees to the condition of living with the husband's mother, there is no objection to that. However, it is advisable not to rush and agree before consulting, performing , and inquiring about the suitor's religiosity and character, as this is the most important. A righteous man honors his wife if he loves her and does not wrong her if he dislikes her. The matter should be entrusted to Allah through Istikhara to choose what is most suitable. It is better for the husband to provide his wife with independent housing separate from his family to avoid problems and preserve harmony and affection.
