Casting one's gaze freely and seeking acquaintance are reprehensible acts from which one must repent. One must strive to cure infatuation, and among its means is marriage. If that is not possible, then if you exert effort in resisting your infatuation and guard yourself from falling into the forbidden, we hope that no sin will befall you.
