Is it permissible for a father to make a car he bought with his and his wife's money the property of his youngest son after his death, knowing that he has other sons, but they are married, employed, and live in their own homes?

A father is not entitled to bequeath anything from his estate to his son after his death, for a bequest to an heir is not permissible in Islamic law, according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no bequest for an heir." If the father insists on this bequest, the brother has no right to the bequeathed car unless all adult heirs consent after the father's death. Their consent during the father's lifetime is not considered valid.
