Is there a prayer called "Al-Fa'itah" (the missed/lapsed prayer)?

A missed prayer is one whose legally designated time has expired without it having been performed, such as forgetting the Dhuhr prayer until sunset or the Isha prayer until the true dawn. There is no prayer specifically called a "missed prayer" in and of itself.
