Must I donate everything I own (248 Riyals) now, after I swore to do so in the past during a time of Waswas (insinuating thoughts/religious OCD) when I owned 26 Riyals, and is there any expiation upon me?

When the Sheikh was asked about the ruling concerning an oath sworn by a scrupulous woman who swore by everything she owns, and whether she is obliged to fulfill it, he replied: The one who swears an oath is accountable for what she swore upon, unless she was overcome when making the oath. If she made the oath without her will, then nothing is binding upon her, because in that case, she is considered as one compelled to swear. Regarding her oath to give away everything she owns in charity, if it was an oath by Allah or by one of His attributes, then she must give all her wealth in charity, or offer expiation for the oath. If she made the charity of everything she owns conditional upon the occurrence of a specific matter, then scholars differed on whether she is obliged to give all her wealth in charity or if it is sufficient for her to give one-third of it in charity. However, in both possibilities, giving all her wealth in charity at the time of the oath suffices her.
