What is incumbent upon one who broke his oath after swearing by Allah to stop masturbating and not to drive his father's car?

If a person swears by Allah not to do something and then does it, they must offer an expiation for breaking an oath, which is feeding ten poor persons or clothing them or freeing a slave. If they cannot find any of these, then they must fast for three days. It is also obligatory to abstain from masturbation because it is forbidden.
