Is the wife obliged to obey her husband by moving with their children to live in their home country (Lebanon/Syria) by themselves while the husband remains in Switzerland for work, or should she insist on them all staying together in Switzerland, or that the husband moves with them? And what is better for the wife: to go to Syria with her family, or to stay in Lebanon to see her husband and his family when he visits?

The spouses must understand each other and consult in their life affairs, and the following is advised:

1. Return from Western countries due to the dangers they pose to religion and the upbringing of children.

2. If it is necessary to stay, then they should stay together to protect themselves from temptation, while seeking an Islamic school for the daughters and focusing on memorizing the Qur'an for them and teaching them the Arabic language and religious sciences.

3. If the husband insists on his opinion, then she must obey him as long as it does not lead to something forbidden, with the obligation of providing for her and providing housing, and not being absent from his wife for a period exceeding what is Islamically permissible.
