Is the prayer for memorizing the Quran, for which a lifelong commitment has been vowed, considered an innovation (bid'ah)?

The prayer for memorizing the Quran mentioned in a hadith narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Hakim is a fabricated hadith. It is not permissible to worship Allah through what is mentioned in it, especially given its strangeness, which has no parallel in the established, prescribed prayers. This prayer is an innovated bid'ah, and vowing to perform it is considered an act of disobedience. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him; and whoever vows to disobey Allah, let him not disobey Him," and "There is no vow in disobedience to Allah."
