What are the husband's legitimate rights towards his wife who refuses intimacy, abandons the marital home, and demands divorce?

If the wife refuses intimacy, leaves the marital home, and requests a divorce without a valid excuse, she is considered a nashiz (rebellious). In this case, the husband is permitted to leave her in a state of suspension, without maintenance, until she returns. He also has the right to refuse divorcing her until she waives her mahr (bridal gift) for him, or a portion of it, or whatever they agree upon.
