What is the ruling on saying "morning of optimism" and "morning of reliance [on God]?"

There is no harm in uttering the phrases mentioned, but they should not be used to initiate a greeting or as a substitute for the Islamic greeting "Assalamu Alaikum," based on the Hadith: "Whoever begins speaking before giving the greeting, do not respond to him." However, if a Muslim initiates with the Islamic greeting, there is no harm in saying them afterwards.
