Does the word "كواعب" have multiple meanings in the Arabic language, and what is the most preferred/prevalent among them?

"Kawa'ib" is an attribute for women, meaning those whose breasts have become protuberant, like a cube, and have not sagged due to their strength and youthful freshness. Ibn al-Athir said: "Al-ka'ab" is the woman when her breasts begin to swell, and she is the "ka'ib," and its plural is "kawa'ib." The exegetes and commentators of hadith did not find anything that contradicts this.
