Are there cars and roads in Paradise like those in this world? Will the earth, planets, stars, and galaxies remain as they are on the Day of Resurrection? Can the people of Paradise visit these locations? And how does one get rid of thoughts that make him despise this world?

Whatever the people of Paradise desire, they will attain it, for Allah the Almighty says: "And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes," and His saying: "They will have therein whatever they wish." So, if they desire cars, Allah may graciously bestow them upon them. There is no explicit text regarding the existence of cars, but there are narrations that fulfill the desire of some people of Paradise for worldly matters such as children and crops, without delay. As for the earth, planets, and galaxies, they will be transformed on the Day of Resurrection, for Allah the Almighty says: "On the Day the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens." This transformation is said to be either in attributes or in essences. It is not possible to visit worldly locations in Paradise due to the change in the state of the universe and because the people of Paradise do not return to the world. To get rid of thoughts that make a person dislike the world, one should understand the wisdom behind the creation of man and the universe, which is the worship of Allah, renew faith by increasing acts of obedience, strive for righteous companionship, read the biography of the Messenger, and seek knowledge.
