To what extent is it permissible to work in online investment with a company that invests in permissible fields such as oil and real estate, and relies on selling shares with a varied profit system over periods, and pays a 10% commission to the investor when inviting another person to invest?

For investment in this company and others to be permissible, several conditions must be met:
1. Its operations must be Islamically permissible.
2. It must not deposit any portion of shareholders' funds in interest-bearing banks to gain and distribute interest.
3. The shareholder's share of the profit must be a known, common percentage.
4. The value of the shares must not be guaranteed by the company, except in cases of transgression or negligence.
If these conditions are met, investment in it is permissible, as is guiding others to it for a known commission.
