Is severe obsessive whispering regarding creed considered polytheism (shirk)?

To overcome obsessive whisperings, especially those related to creed, one must reflect on the creations around us, as contemplating them leads to faith in the existence of the Creator. The Quran and Sunnah warn against contemplating the essence of God, as this is an entry point for Satan that leads to denial. Instead, one should direct their thoughts towards the universe and its wonders.
