The answer

Watching clips is forbidden due to their violation of Allah's sacred limits and disobedience to His command to lower the gaze. Therefore, the questioner must offer sincere repentance for this. There is no requirement for a make-up fast merely by watching these clips, because simply watching does not invalidate the fast. However, a make-up fast is required if one is certain that semen was discharged due to repeated looking. As for doubt about its discharge, it does not invalidate the fast. If madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged, there is no make-up fast required for it.
