Is it obligatory for fiancés to inform each other about psoriasis, even if it is not chronic?

The majority of scholars hold that marital defects necessitating annulment are those that prevent sexual intercourse, or repulsive and contagious diseases such as leprosy and vitiligo. However, some scholars, like Ibn al-Qayyim, are of the view that any defect from which the other party is repulsed and which defeats the purpose of marriage, which is affection, necessitates the option (of annulment). Accordingly, psoriasis does not require disclosure according to the majority, but disclosing it is better and more conclusive in preventing disputes.
