Is the wife entitled to the full list of movables, including the gold mentioned therein, after her husband told her "You are divorced" and she refused to return to him?

If the husband addresses his wife saying, "You are Tariq," intending to frighten her and not intending divorce, then no divorce occurs, and the wife remains under his marital bond. She must return to her home and obey him in what is good. If she requests a divorce without harm, he is not obligated to grant her request, and he may refuse to divorce her until she forfeits all or part of her dower. However, if he divorces her without stipulating the forfeiture of the dower, she is entitled to her full dower, including the list of movables and gold. If a dispute arises regarding these matters, the issue should be referred to the Sharia court.
