Is it permissible to combine the intention of "Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi" (one hundred times) as a morning and evening remembrance with the intention of "Subhan Allah Al-Azim" when reciting "Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi, Subhan Allah Al-Azim" one hundred times?

The reward for saying "Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi" (Glory be to Allah and with His praise) one hundred times is established. Whoever says it will have their sins forgiven, even if they are like the foam of the sea, and on the Day of Resurrection, they will come with something better than anyone else, except for one who said the same or more. The encouragement to say "Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, Subhanallahil-Azim" (Glory be to Allah and with His praise, Glory be to Allah, the Most Great) together, without a specific number, is also established. A weak hadith mentions saying them both together one hundred times in the morning. Repeating them frequently without specifying a number is desirable and legislated, and it falls under abundant remembrance (dhikr katheer). There is no harm in a person obligating themselves to specific litanies of remembrances with certain numbers to earn reward, provided that they do not believe in a special virtue for these numbers that was not mentioned in the Sunnah.
