You are not required to shake or inspect. What you see is not maniy (semen), but madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), so (ritual bath) is not obligatory for you. You must wash your penis and sprinkle water on whatever part of your garment it touched. Wudu' (ablution) suffices for you. This has been established in the of Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and the hadith of Sahl ibn Hunaif (may Allah be pleased with him).
