Does the discharge of fluid—initially thin, then thick—after feeling lust due to a girl pressing against me necessitate ghusl?

This fluid that exits after urination is called al-wady. It is impure (najis), and it is obligatory to purify oneself from it and to wash whatever it touches of the body and clothing. It is obligatory to perform ablution (wudu') because of it, by scholarly consensus, but ghusl (definition) (full ritual bath) is not required. One must fear Allah and keep away from touching non-mahram (definition) women.
