Are there trustworthy jurists and scholars of Tafsir during the period between the era of the Rashidun Caliphs and the year 100 AH, and what are the reliable books that present their jurisprudence and Tafsir?

Among the scholars relied upon in Tafsir (Qur'anic exegesis) are Ibn Mas'ud, Ibn Abbas, and Ubayy ibn Ka'b. From their schools graduated the Tabi'un (Successors) such as Al-Hasan al-Basri and Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, and those who followed them. Ibn Abi Shaybah, Abd al-Razzaq al-San'ani, and Ibn al-Mundhir were keen on collecting the sayings of these scholars in Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence). As for Tafsir, Al-Tabari, Ibn Abi Hatim, Ibn Kathir, Al-Suyuti, and others paid attention to it, as did Al-Bukhari and Muslim in their Sahih collections. Dr. Hikmat Bashir's book "Al-Sahih al-Masbur min al-Tafsir bi al-Ma'thur" is considered one of the best works compiled on what is transmitted from the Salaf (pious predecessors) with an emphasis on authenticity.
