Is chocolate liquor permissible or forbidden?

If the substance is an intoxicant, then its use and the use of anything in whose manufacture it has been incorporated is forbidden, even if it does not cause intoxication, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Whatever intoxicates in large quantities, a small quantity of it is forbidden." However, if it is not an intoxicant and is not derived from anything forbidden to consume, then there is no harm in using it.
