Is it permissible to dispose of short pants and blouses (that were worn once or twice) by placing them in the mosque for distribution to the poor, knowing that the questioner now wears long skirts and loose clothing?

It is not a condition for repentance to dispose of immodest clothing, but rather to abandon it, regret it, and resolve not to return to it. It is recommended to give them away as charity if it is highly probable that they will not be used in unlawful ways. Otherwise, it is not permissible, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: "And cooperate not in sin and aggression." It is permissible to place them in the mosque for the poor to benefit from them if they are pure and clean.
