Does the guardianship of the agnates, with evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah, legally contradict the educational guardianship of the custodian, and is the father entitled to remove the minor from his school to harm the custodian?

Guardianship (wilayah) is derived from the concepts of closeness and taking charge of affairs. The guardian (wali) of a child is the closest person to him among his relatives, and the closest of them is the father, then the next closest, and so on. The father is the guardian of his child and is responsible for his affairs. He is obligated to spend on him and look after his educational and other interests. If the parents disagree on what is best for the child, the mother can refer the matter to the judge.
