Is it permissible for girls to travel for Umrah with safe companions? Is visiting the House of Allah required of a servant, or does one strive for it on their own? Are the first three supplications upon seeing the Kaaba answered? And is it permissible to specify a person's name in a supplication for marriage?

The intention for 'Umrah is good and desirable, and it does not contradict belief in Allah's decree, for a Muslim is commanded to take the necessary means. It is not permissible for a woman to travel for 'Umrah without a mahram, even with safe female companions, especially for young girls, due to the potential for trials that may arise from such a journey. Supplication upon seeing the Ka'bah is desirable and answered, and it is likely that what is meant is the first sighting for one who has just arrived, or continuous viewing. However, there is no basis for the claim that the first three supplications upon seeing the Ka'bah for the first time are specifically answered. It is permissible for a woman to ask Allah to grant her a righteous person for marriage, and to persist in supplicating for blessings in their lives and their offspring. Istikhara (seeking guidance from Allah) is to be performed for matters whose goodness or badness is not clear, and it is not prescribed for matters whose goodness is evident.
