As for the noble verse: "O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]," its meaning is: If you are able to exit the confines of the heavens and the earth, fleeing from Allah's decree and punishment, then do so. This is a command of challenge, and "You will not pass except by authority" means: You will not be able to exit except by force, subjugation, and dominance, which is impossible.
