Is it permissible to marry a woman who was subjected to zina, after her family refused, even though the questioner is already married?

The two who committed Zina are obligated to perform sincere repentance. It is not permissible for thenabarer to marry the woman with whom he committed Zina unless two conditions are met: repentance and ensuring she is not pregnant. If the girl wishes to marry, she should try to convince her parents to agree. If they refuse without a valid Shar'i reason, she should refer her case to the Shar'i judge to marry her off, or to appoint someone to marry her off.
