What is the ruling on the name Taqwa?

It appears that naming with "Tuqa" (piety) falls under the general prohibition due to the praise and commendation it implies. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade naming with "Barrah" (pious woman) and said: "Do not commend yourselves; Allah knows best who among you are righteous." Similarly, regarding the name "Tuqa," it can be said: Allah knows best who among you are pious.
