Is the Noble Kaaba located at the center of the Earth?

Mecca is located in the western part of the Arabian Peninsula, in a valley surrounded by mountains, at the intersection of latitude 21-25 North and longitude 39-49 East, and its elevation is more than 300 meters above sea level. An Egyptian researcher, Dr. Farouk Abdel-Badi, concluded after ten years of research that Mecca is the center of the Earth, and he called for it to be the basis for measuring time instead of Greenwich, which was chosen based on a political agreement rather than scientific and astronomical principles.
