This falls under the principle of sadd adh-dhara'i' (blocking the means), which is prohibited by . If her intention is to attract the attention of a married man and corrupt him against his wife, then this is even more reprehensible and is considered takhbeeb, which is prohibited. Takhbeeb is the act of corrupting a woman against her husband or a slave against his master.
