Is abortion permissible due to the fear of the hardship of pregnancy and raising children, and out of a desire to complete one's studies and Hajj, while having three young children?

It is not permissible to abort the fetus at this stage unless there is a necessity. Performing Hajj or completing education are not considered necessities that permit this, as both can be delayed until after childbirth.
