What is the ruling regarding the prayer of a man afflicted with a type of forgetfulness or illness that causes him to raise his voice during prayer, and is it better for him to pray at home to avoid disturbing the congregants, knowing that he is not aware of what he is doing?

The houses of Allah must be protected from every word or deed that is unfitting for them, including raising one's voice with the Quran or dhikr in a way that disturbs those praying. If there is someone who harms those praying by raising their voice, they must be warned and reprimanded. If they do not desist, it is permissible to expel them from the mosque. If the disturbing person is ill or insane, their guardian must be addressed to prevent them from entering the mosque. If the guardian does not respond, it is permissible to expel them from the mosque to preserve the mosque and safeguard the prayers of the people.
