Is one entitled to take from the inheritance of his wife's brother?

The brother-in-law of the deceased (husband of the deceased's sister) does not inherit from his deceased brother-in-law because the causes of inheritance are restricted to consanguinity, clientship (wala'), and marriage. Affinity (in-law relationship) is not among them.
