It is permissible to act upon a weak Hadith under certain conditions, and it is permissible to recite the supplication (du'a) contained within it, as long as it does not involve sin or severance of kinship ties. It is also prescribed to supplicate during the time of the Adhan and between the two corners [of the Ka'bah] with both reported (ma'thur) and non-reported supplications. However, it is not permissible to intentionally abandon a reported supplication when one is aware of it. It is also prescribed to perform general remembrances (adhkar) and supplications at any time, without being bound by specific forms or unestablished numbers.
