How can one repent from lying and falsifying results, knowing of the sin and regretting it?

The lying and falsification that occurred regarding the result is a forbidden act. With sincere repentance and remorse, sins are erased, and the repentant is as one who has no sin, for Allah accepts repentance and rejoices in it. Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'"
