ما الأدلة الشرعية من القرآن والسنة المتعلقة بالحسد؟

Envy is a reprehensible characteristic, and Allah Almighty has forbidden it in His Book, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, has warned against it, as stated in the Almighty's saying: ﴿Or do they envy people for what Allah has given them of His bounty?﴾, and His saying: ﴿And from the evil of an envier when he envies﴾, and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Beware of envy, for envy consumes good deeds just as fire consumes wood." The envious person lives in perpetual sorrow, and envy was the first sin committed against Allah in heaven and on earth.
