Is it permissible to benefit from rehabilitation and social security assistance based on a psychiatrist's report while concealing the fact of hearing voices in order to obtain the assistance, due to unemployment?

It is not permissible to falsely claim an illness that does not exist to receive rehabilitation assistance, as this is forbidden deception and lying, and taking what is not rightfully one's own. The duty is to repent and return what was taken to the disbursing entity in any suitable way, without informing them of the truth of the matter, and to seek lawful employment. For whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, He will compensate him with something better.
