Is there a Hadith known as Hadith Al-Sufyani, which mentions that he is one of the tribulations of the End of Times, and that he will destroy Israel?

The Sufyani is a figure whose existence is confirmed by the totality of the prophetic narrations concerning him. He is a man who will emerge from Damascus, followed by a great army that will defeat the Mahdi's army, whereupon Allah will cause the earth to swallow him up in Al-Bayda'. It is not permissible to apply the narrations about him to contemporary figures.
