Is it permissible to signal a solitary worshipper to lead a congregational prayer?

It is permissible to borrow from riba-based banks in cases of extreme necessity, such as fear of perishing or an urgent need for medical treatment, provided that only the principal amount is repaid without the usurious interest, based on the Almighty's saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm or reciprocating harm." As for situations other than necessity, borrowing with interest is not permissible, as it falls under prohibited usury.
