Is it permissible to marry and stay away from one's wife for more than three months, given that our master Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "It is not permissible for a husband to be absent from his wife for more than three months," and this is due to study circumstances, while taking into consideration the principle of "necessities permit the forbidden"?
